People are sick and tired of not making progress or having accountability when it comes to their training and nutrition. But, they’re also skeptical and don’t want to just jump into anything without doing their due diligence. We think this is GREAT. You should be skeptical – especially when it comes to the fitness industry.
Here are some common questions…
“Am I a fit for the online coaching?”
“Do I really need a Coach?”
“Can I still have a few beers or glass of wine on the weekend?”
“Will I have to give my life to the gym?”
“Can I train at home?”
Here are the answers …
- Am I a fit for the online coaching?
We have trained clients from 87 (yes it’s not a miss print) down to age 8. Everyone has a starting point and each program is done with specific goals in mind. Have you been jumping from program to program or doing the same crap over and over with no results? Are you bored during your gym time, unmotivated to exercise and beginning to revert back to eating “whatever?” If your answer to any of the above was a resounding “yes,” not only is there a spot for you in the at FAS coaching but a perfect spot for you.
- Do I really need a coach?
Everyone needs a coach somewhere in their life. Let me repeat it ! Everyone needs a coach!
If you’re ready to stop wasting time in the gym and kitchen, eliminate any confusion that’s holding you back and start making some serious gains, then once again you need a coach.
Having a coach in an area of life that isn’t your forte is one of, if not THE most effective way of leveling up your results, and your life.
Plus, the accountability that comes from having a coach is often the missing “secret sauce” that will help you stay on track. Trust me we both have one.
- Can I still have a few beers on the weekend?
As much as we preach consistency, we are not going to hold you back from your social life. We’ll put our heads together and lay out a plan that will allow you to enjoy time with your friends and family, while still pushing the progress needle forward.
- Will I have to give my life to the gym?
This is entirely dependent on YOU ,your life and your schedule. We have worked with people who train two or three times per week for 45-60 minutes, and there are members of the FAS Training who train 6x times per week for up to 90 minutes.
Therein lies the beauty of having a training program that’s unique to your body, life and goals.
- Can I train at home?
You CAN, but the gym is where you’re going to see the best results. If you’re set on training at home, we can lay out your program so that the bulk of your training is done at home, and we will provide you with a few sessions that you can take to the gym as well.
We have created and fine-tuned the FAST Coaching to ensure that you achieve incredible results. That doesn’t mean that you have to do any work, though. Far from it. What it means, is that you’ll be receiving training programs that are uniquely your own. Along the way, you’ll learn how to take your nutrition from overwhelming and confusing, to “I got the bull by the horns” mentality.
Meaning, you’re going to have a coach (us) standing with you through every step.
